The future of digital healthcare has landed in Las Vegas, and we were there. From January 6th to 9th, Icarus Technology flew to the United States to participate in CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2026, the world’s leading technology trade show.
An extraordinary experience that saw us take center stage in the Italian Pavilion, the area dedicated to excellence in national innovation organized by ITA (Italian Trade Agency) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Being selected as the only Sardinian startup present at this global event is not only a source of pride for our team, but also confirmation that our vision of digital healthcare solutions meets a real and universal need.
Four days of innovation at the center of the world
CES is the place where ideas become global standards. During these four intense days, the Icarus Technology booth was a meeting point for healthcare professionals, investors, and innovators.
Our solution, JennyAI, was greeted with great enthusiasm. The interest confirms a clear trend: the need to optimize healthcare front-office management through Artificial Intelligence is no longer optional, but a requirement for offering excellent service.

Jenny: AI, the Digital Receptionist for Doctors and Medical Practices of the Future
But why did JennyAI resonate so strongly with the Las Vegas audience? The answer lies in its ability to solve the main problem of every healthcare facility: accessibility.
We designed a digital receptionist for doctors capable of managing natural conversations, understanding patient needs, and automating bookings 24/7. This means that the doctor never misses a call and the patient always receives assistance, even outside of business hours.
A versatile solution for every healthcare facility
During our meetings at CES, we demonstrated how JennyAI’s flexibility makes it ideal for various types of facilities:
● Specialist practices and dental practices: where scheduling accuracy is crucial for revenue and patient satisfaction.
● Private clinics and diagnostic centers: facilities that handle large call volumes and require an intelligent filter for telephone overflow.
● General practitioners: for whom support in managing prescriptions and appointments is vital to reducing work-related stress.
● Veterinary clinics: a rapidly growing sector where 24-hour availability makes the difference between standard and excellent service.
An international network for Italian excellence
Participation in CES allowed us to build a rich and stimulating network of contacts. Thanks to the institutional support of ITA and the Ministry, we brought “Made in Sardinia” innovation to the global stage, demonstrating that our technology is ready to compete at the highest levels.
Feedback from international visitors underscored how JennyAI is perceived as a “human-centric” solution: an artificial intelligence that doesn’t replace humans, but supports them, eliminating repetitive tasks to free up time for care and empathy.
What does the future hold?
We return from Las Vegas with suitcases full of new perspectives and an even stronger awareness: digital medical reception is the cornerstone of healthcare in the coming years.
We want to thank everyone who visited our booth in the Italian Pavilion and the institutions that made this mission possible. Icarus Technology continues to work to perfect JennyAI, bringing digital efficiency to every medical office and clinic that puts the patient at the center of their efforts.
